ID Camp FAQs
Who can attend an ID Camp?
Current high school and college-aged males are permitted to attend.
What are the hours/duration of the camp?
Most of our ID camps run from 8:00am-5:00pm on Saturday, and 8:00am-1:00pm on Sunday.
What if I am only able to attend one day of the 2 day camp?
We do have a cap on the number of ID campers we accept for each camp; you are therefore required to pay the full camp price, as your registration would prevent someone else from signing up. The coaching staff will do their best to provide a thorough evaluation during the time you can be at camp.
What does the ID Camp include?
Our camps are designed to give a full picture of what it would be like to play for the Emory men’s soccer team. Coaches run activities similar to ones ran with the actual team, including position-specific training in small groups during camp. Players will get the chance to showcase their ability during small-sided, 11v11, and futsal games. We also provide a t-shirt, lunch, campus tour, recruiting panel, and VEO footage from 11v11 games.
What should I bring to camp?
Campers are asked to bring light and dark attire for the on-field portions of camp; a t-shirt will be provided, but please bring extra clothing, just in case. Players should also bring shin guards, hydration & snacks, extra socks, indoor shoes, sunscreen, and any other medication they may need. You do not need to bring a soccer ball, as we will have plenty to use throughout camp.
What is your refund policy?
All requests for cancellations should be sent to ceschmi@emory.edu. Any cancellations made before one week of the start of the camp will be subject to a cancellation fee of $150. The remainder of the fee will be refunded via our registration system (Demosphere) back to the credit card used to complete the registration. Any requests after that timeframe can be used as a credit to a future camp.
