Emory Soccer Camps Registration Process (step-by-step guide)
CHECK-IN
Registration will take place from 2:00 PM until 2:45 PM at Woodruff PE Center, 26 Eagle Row, Atlanta, GA 30326. See the map below if you have any questions. To avoid congesting the area with traffic, please drop off to check in and then go park at the Peavine Parking Deck on Eagle Row. If the Parking Deck is closed, please park in the Peavine VISITOR lot adjacent to the parking deck.
EVALUATION
Players at the Eagle Elite ID Camp will be given a brief evaluation of their performances by a college coach.
HOUSING
Players are on their own for housing during the Elite ID Camp. We would recommend staying in the Buckhead or Brookhaven area where there are a slew of hotel options nearby.
MEALS
We will only be providing Lunch on the Saturday of the Elite ID Camp. Players are on their own for all other meals during the duration of the camp
VIDEO
We will tape all of the 11v11 games played on the stadium field and include the link to the games with the price of the registration fee.
TRANSPORTATION
The airport is located in the southwest section of the city, approximately 25 minutes from the Emory University campus.
WHAT TO BRING
- An adequate amount of soccer clothes (shorts, shirts, socks, indoor & outdoor shoes, guards) for the week, and a backpack or bag for field use
- A soccer ball
- Sunscreen
- Leisure clothes
- Water bottle
- Shin guards
- Shoes for indoor events/inclement weather
REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS
All requests for cancellations should be sent to ceschmi@emory.edu. Any cancellations made prior to one week of the start of the camp will be subjected to a cancellation fee of $100 (day camps) or $150 (ELITE ID camps). The remainder of the fee will be refunded via our registration system (Demosphere) back to the credit card used to complete the registration. Any requests after that timeframe can be used as a credit to a future camp.
